BIG BLACK-OUT
AIR DEFENCE EXCERCISES IN ENGLAND. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 8. An area of some 60 square miles, including the whole of the Aidershot command, was" blacked out last night for the final phase of the exercises in passive air defence and air-raid precautions. The whole machinery for dealing with casualties and damage” caused by high explosive and incendiary bombs was put into motion.
