HEAVY TRAFFIC. jUOTICE is hereby given that, whereas the Castlepoint County Council has, by resolution, determined that, owing to weather conditions, the roads mentioned in the schedule hereto, while fit for heavy traffic up to the respective weights set opposite thereto in the said schedule, shall be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding the weight so determined for the period commencing the 9th day of May, 1939, and ending the 30th day of September, 1939.
