The Warsaw correspondent of the "Daily Express' says that Stalin lias begun a new anti-Nazi radio campaign. An announcer appealed to German workers to go slow in order to hinder Fascist war plans and to fight for their rights within the scope of the few legal means remaining- to them. It is understood that 20 Soviet .stations will carry on nightly broadcasts in German Meanwhile the Soviet, has ceased to broadcast attacks on Poland and now applauds her ■■gallant" stand against aggression.
