Herr von Epp, opening the first Colonial Youths’ Home at Wuppertal, said Herr Hitler would decide when and how the former German colonies would be regained. The movement, therefore, was becoming a national one and it was an absolute necessity that the concentrated power of the whole nation should back up the demands.
