The British United Press Madrid correspondent says’ltalian and German volunteers are preparing to leave Spain immediately after the Victory Parade. General Gambara is farewelling Spanish generals. The heavy artillery is shortly returning to Italy and Germany. Foreign aircraft is expected to be flown home.
