CONTROL OVER TELEGRAMS IN GIBRALTAR. (Independent Cable Service.) GIBRALTAR, May 7. A censorship has been imposed on all telegraph messages sent and received in Gibraltar. An ordinance empowers the Governor to demand the production of any telegraph message. Those refusing to comply are liable to three montns’ imprisonment and a fine of £5O.
