NEGOTIATIONS,BREAK DOWN.

The Zagreb correspondent of “The Times” reports that the negotiations between the Serbs and Croats have broken down.
The leader of the Croats, M Matchek, claims that the regency council did not ratify the verbal agreement he reached with the Prime Minister. The Croatian Assembly will meet immediately.
