CHURCH SERVICES

At St. Matthews Church tomorrow morning, the Rev. T. V. Pearson will preach on “The Law of Liberty.” Mr V. W. Jqblin will preach in the evening. There will be a service at Taueru in the afternoon, and at Kuripuni in the evening. Bible Sunday will be observed in the Methodist Church on Sunday evening, by a special service, when the opportunity will be taken to consider the glory of this great Book. The quarterly Communion service will be held on Sunday morning, following a shortened general service. The preacher morning and evening will be the Rev. Frederick J. Parker. At the Kuripuni Methodist Church on Sunday the morning service will be conducted by the Young Men’s Mission Band, and at night cars will be at the church at 6.40 o’clock to convey worshippers to the town church. At Wangaehu, the service commemorating Bible Sunday will commence at 2.30 p.m., and will be conducted by the Rev. Fred. J. Parker.
