“THE MARSEILLAISE”
The Ligue de I’Enseignement has prepared a book of words and indications for the making of costumes and scenery to be sent to schools throughout France to enable them to take part : n commemorating the composing of the “Marseillaise.” The play is adaptable for interior or outdoor presentation. Together with the play, the Ligue de '.'Enseignement has also published a sollection of songs composed during the Revolution. The “Marseillaise” play and songs of the Revolution will all form oart of the numerous celebrations of ‘.he 150th anniversary of the French Revolution which will mark lhe yea)' 1939.
