SENTENCE ON F. FOGARTY. MURDER IN NEW SOUTH WALES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Dav, I.2fj p.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. Fabian Fogarty was sentenced to death for the murder of Gwendoline Murray. Her sister, Mrs Edna Dixon, was murdered at the same place on the same day, but no charge was preferred against Fogarty on this count. The above corrects an earlier cablegram which stated ilia I Fogarty was sentenced to death for ihe murder of both women.
