Dissatisfaction with Italy’s close “tie up” with the Axis is manifested in Northern Italy, where leaflets denouncing Germany are frequently distributed secretly in factories and passed from hand to hand between workers. Informed observers express the opinion that the man in the street is definitely afraid of the possibility of catastrophic commitments to Germany. -RIBBENTROP’S VISIT JOINT MOVE CONTEMPLATED. It is asserted that Herr von Ribbentrop’s visit to Italy is hot primarily connected with Poland, but is for the discussion of an expansion of the AntiComintern Pact. Foreign circles believe that the Axis Powers contemplate a joint move in answer to the so-called encirclement bloc.
