MARTINBOROUGH WEDDING
GARSON— CONNELLY. (“'fimes-Age" Special.) A- quiet' wedding, was- celebrated: at St. Andrew’s Church, MartinbOTopgh, on Saturday afternoon when Eva, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs J*. J. Connelly, Dyerville, was married to William John Garson, Whiteman’s Valley. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. O. Ball. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a charming gown of gold' satin with shoulder veil and bandeauof orange blossom; and she carried-a bouquet of- roses and: marguerite' daisies. Miss- Grace Connelly, sister of' thebride; was bridesmaid; She wore- a' frock- of gold parchment satin. The flower girl; Mary-' Connelly; wore a blue-satin-frock; with- mauve net. Mrl Lawrence- Smith, of Wanganui, was best man. A> reception was held at' the Parish Hall- after the ceremony.
The bride’s travelling costume was of navy- blue? with accessories to match.
