Talks between Signor Mussolini and the, Rumanian Foreign Minister, Dr. Gafencu. opened today. King Victor Emmanuel gave an audience to Dr. Gafencu.
Dr. Gafencu and Signor Mussolini conversed for two hours. Italy is believed to be urging more friendly Hungarian and Rumanian relations.
