MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL. HEAVY TRAFFIC BY-LAW. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, whereas the Masterton County Council has, by resolution, determined that, owing to weather conditions, the road mentioned in the schedule hereto, while fit for HEAVY TRAFFIC up to the weight set opposite thereto in the said schedule, shall be UNFIT FOR HEAVY TRAFFIC exceeding the weight so determined for the period commencing on the Ist day of May, 1939, and ending on the 30th day of September, 1939. Now the Masterton County Council hereby orders that HEAVY TRAFFIC exceeding the weight so determined shall cease upon the road in the schedule during the period aforesaid. i SCHEDULE.
