MISSING AUSTRALIAN AIRMAN APPARENTLY SAFE AND WELL. SEARCHING PLANES DROP FOOD. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. DARWIN, April 29. The missing airman Roy Edwards, who took off on Tuesday on a flight to Cape Arnhem, has been found apparently safe and well in the company of 10 natives on a beach near Elche Island. There was no sign of his plane. Food has been -dropped to him by the search planes.
