GREYHOUND RACING
EVENTS AT SOLWAY TOMORROW. Tomorrow afternoon will see the close of the greyhound racing season at Solway and it is fitting that such excellent nominations of first class dogs have been received for this meeting. The executive responsible for the meeting has spared no pains to make it a success. A new plant will greatly simplify the work involved and th. smooth running of the events is assured. The track is in first-class order after the rain and fast times are expected and it would not be surprising i the course record of 25secs. were not broke. The first race in timed to start promptly at 2 p.m. The trophies and championship ribbons are now on view in Messrs C. Smith's window.
