TENDERS FOR LEASING. rpHE PUBLIC TRUSTEE invites tenA ders for leasing of five dairy farms in the Ahikouka Soldiers’ Trust Farm.” Four of the farms contain approximately 42 acres, and the remaining one approx. 50 acres, the areas including stop-banks and river protection works, and separate leases of each of the five farms are to be granted. They are situated between Greytown and Carterton, and each farm is self-con-tained with a dwellinghouse and cowshed on each (except one on which the dwellinghouse was recently destroyed by fire, and on which a new dwellinghouse is to be erected).
