DEPARTURE FROM MALTA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, April 21. Seventy women and children from Malta have arrived at Plymouth. They were not evacuated to England, but came’ voluntarily and at their own expense. Forty others intended to sail, but cancelled their reservations.
