NONINTERVENTION

COMMITTEE WOUND UP. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. April 20. The International Committee for the application of agreements regarding non-intervention in Spain was wound up in London today. The chairman. Lord Plymouth, explained that the object of the meeting was to enable the Governments formally to relieve themselves of certain obligations entered into at different times, the need for which was past in view of the conclusion of the Spanish conflict.
