POLAND ON GUARD
OVER A MILLION MEN UNDER ARMS. WESTERN FRONTIER MANNED. WARSAW, April 20. The military authorities reveal that Poland has 1,100,000 men under arms, and is prepared to place 5,700,000 in the field in wartime. The western frontier is manned without a break. The precautions will not be' relaxed, till the tension is eased.
