APPOINTMENTS & CHANGES. FOLLOWING ON CREATION OF SUPPLY MINISTRY. (British OFricial Wireless.-) (Received Th s Day, 10.35 a.m.) RUGBY. April 21. Ministerial changes, consequent upon Mr E. L. Burgin’s new appointment to control the Ministry of Supply, are: — Captain Euan Wallace to be Minister of Transport, vice Mr Burgin. Captain H. F. C. Crookshank to be Financial Secretary to ■ the Treasury, vice Captain Wallace.

'Mr Geoffrey Lloyd, to be Parliamentary Secretary to the Mines Department, vice Captain Crookshank. Captain O. Peake, to be Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Home Office, vice Mr Lloyd. Pending the passing of legislation establishing the new Ministry of Supply, Mr Burgin will be Minister without portfolio, with a seat in the Cabinet.
