TRANSPORT LICENSING
SITTING OF NO. 2 AUTHORITY. CASES IN MASTERTON. Mr P. Skoglund. presided at a sitting of the No. 2 District Transport Licensing Authority, held at Masterton yesterday. With minor amendments. A. J. Snelgrove was granted a renewal of the following licences: Masterton-Carterton, Master ton - Featherston. Masterton - Greytown, and contract trips. A renewal of the following licences was granted to Martin Smith, Master-ton-Carterton, Masterton - Palmerston North and contract trips. R. D. Banks was granted a renewal
of I,is Martinborough-Mastcrton licence and Jenkins Motor Services Ltd. were granted a renewal of their WellingtonWoodville licence. Ben Sewell was granted a contract licence to operate within a 20 mile ra-
dius of Carterton. A renewal of his goods service licence was granted to G. Hatfield and then a. transfer was granted to the Railways Department. H. M. Cherry and C. J. Dillon were both granted renewals of their existing licences.
