YOUNG FARMERS
EXTENDED SOUTH ISLAND TOUR. (By .Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, This Day. Twenty-five representatives of Young Farmers’ clubs in Marlborough who will be joined by a party of 34 from Nelson leave on Sunday on a twelve days’ tour of the South Island. They are to travel in special service cars, which will transport them over a total distance of 1,600 miles. The party will travel as far south as Invercargill, visiting selected centres in Canterbury, Otago and Southland for the purpose of studying institutions, farms and other items of interest.
