Signor Mussolini’s speech has caused a better tone on the stock markets. Continental operators are re-entering as buyers. The announcement that Sir Nevile Henderson (British Ambassador to Germany) is returning to Berlin has also created a firmer sentiment. Gilt-edged stocks show a fractional increase. RECOVERY IN HOLLAND. (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, April 20. A sharp recovery on the Bourse followed Signor Mussolini’s speech. Leading securities rose 8 to (12 points.
