Martin Smith, claim £10; W.F.C.A. Ltd. v. D. Thompson, claim £2 18s sd, claim £1 5s 6d; A. Carstens v. A. Popple, claim £6 11s 6d, costs £1 10s 6d; Hugo and Shearer Ltd. v. S. F. Freeman, claim £6 19s 9d, costs £1 7s 6d.

On judgment summonses E. G. Hunt was ordered to pay A. Rolph the sum of £5 3s 6d in default 5 days’ imprisonment; William Neilson was ordered to pay Hendry and Dickson the sum of £3 14s, in default 4 days’ imprisonment; E. J. Graham was ordered to pav the Para Rubber Co. the sum of £4 18s 9d, in default 5 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as defendant pays 5s a week.
