STATEMENT OF BULGARIAN POLICY TERRITORIAL AND OTHER DEMANDS. SUBMITTED TO GREECE AND RUMANIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) SOFIA, April 20. The Prime Minister, M G. Kiosseivanoff, announced that he had submitted to preece and Rumania Bulgaria’s claim to the South Dobrudja and an outlet to the Aegean Sea. He also said Bulgaria was determined to remain neutral.
