XTOTICE is hereby given that, in pur--1 suance of the Wairarapa Counties’ Joint By-Laws, Amended By-Law, 1930, the Featherston County Council, by resolution dated this 14th day of April, 1939, has determined that, owing to weather conditions, the roads within the County described in the Schedule attached hereto, while fit for Heavy Traffic up to — (a) 3 tons in weight in the case of the transportation of any motor • vehicle, (b) One and a half tons avoirdupois in weight to each pair of wheels in the case of any other motor vehicle, engine or machine, will be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding such weights for the whole of the months of May, June, July, August and September, 1939, and has by the said resolution ordered that heavy traffic exceeding the said weights shall during the said months cease on the said roads. THE SCHEDULE. All roads in the Greytown Riding, excepting the Wellington-Napier M.H., Greytown-Bidwill’s Cutting M.H., and No. 1 Line. All roads in the Otaraia Riding excepting the Martinborough-Pirinoa M.H., and the Martinborough-Hau-totara Bridge M.H. All roads in the Turanganui Riding, excepting the Martinborough-Pirinoa M.H. and the Kahautara M.H. All roads in the Pahaoa Riding. All roads in the Awhea Riding. All roads in the Western Lake Riding, excepting the Featherston-Pigeon Bush M.H. Riverside Road in the Martinborough Riding, commencing at the intersection of the Ponatahi M.H.
