FACILITIES FOR INVESTIGATION IN MOROCCO. By Telegraph—Press (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) TANGIER, April 19. The Spanish authorities say there is no truth in rumours that Spain intends to occupy Tangier. She is prepared to authorise foreign journalists to investigate Spanish Morocco as an evidence of her good intentions. NO DEMOBILISATION. UNTIL AFTER VICTORY PARADE. (Received This Day, 10.35 a.m.) • MADRID, April 19. It is officially denied that any army personnel is being demobilised until after the victory parade.
