THE NON-INTERVENTION COMMITTEE. DISCUSSION AT BRITISH FOREIGN OFFICE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 18. Arrangements for winding up the work of the Non-Intervention Committee will be discussed at the thirteenth plenary session of the committee on Thursday at the Foreign Office. The main points of the agenda nelude, first, the termination of the nonintervention agreements regarding the sending of war materials and volun • teers to Spain; secondly, the approval of the measures already taken in terminating all the activities of the international board, which is the executive body of the committee; and. thirdly, the settling of financial details. The winding up of the non-interven-tion council, which is a registered ermpony of the committee, will necessarily take some considerable time.
