Following the recent King and Qu.een of the Movies poll, the “Chicago Tribune” published the winners of its 1913 poll. Here they are:— First 10 male stars; Romaine .Fielding, Earle Williams, J. Warren Kerrigan, Carlyle Blackwell, Francis X. Bushman, Bronco Billy Anderson, Arthur Johnson, Crane Wilbur, Maurice Costello, James Cruze. First ten women stars: Alice Joyce, Muriel Ostriche, Mary Fuller, Em Storey, Ormi Hawley, Mary Pickford, Clara Kimball Young. Lillian Walker, Blanche Sweet, Pearl White. It hardly seems possible that these stars reigned as long ago as 2G years, does it? How many will remember Tyrone Power, Clark Gable, Robert J Taylor, Claudette Colbert, and the rest) 26 years from now?
