GREAT INCREASE IN BRITAIN. REGULARS AND TERRITORIALS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1'2.10 p.m.) LONDON, April 18. The Secretary of State for War, Major L. Hore-Belisha stated that recruits for the Regular Army i and Territotals for the year ended on March 31 totalled 38,911 and 87,915 respectively, compared with 29,482 and 47,928 last year.
