RUMANIAN DENIAL

It is officially denied that Rumania has agreed to the passage of Soviet troops through her territory, but Rumanian troops stationed on the Soviet frontier have been sent to other districts. German propaganda in Bessarabia is most active. Germans walked in procession to Tarutina today and tore down the Rumanian flag over the town hall.
