GERMAN FLEET
EXERCISES THIS YEAR OFF SPAIN NOTIFICATION TO BRITAIN & FRANCE. MANOEUVRES TO LAST ABOUT A MONTH. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 13. Germany has informed Britain and France that the customary spring exercises of the German Fleet will take place this year off the coast of Spain and will last about a month. The units’ concerned will leave their home ports on April 18. They will consist of three Deutschlands, three cruisers, a flotilla of destroyers and auxiliary vessels.
