Coming by special train and opening in Masterton tonight for two nights only, Perry Bros will present their modern circus of 50 international stars together with their mammoth zoo fo 18 cages of wild 'jungle animals and herd of elephants. This year sees Perry Bros’ at' the peak of the circus entertainment world. Their success has been born of genuine enterprise, and a careful study of the tastes of their audiences. Perry Bros show has merit and distinction, .setting a sensational standard in present-day circus entertainment. They have been acclaimed by Press and public, wherever they have appeared to be the greatest show, ever to leave the shores of Australia. Perry Bros’ are introducing for the first time in New Zealand many famous international stars and the cream of Australian circus talent in an outstanding show. A glamorous revelation of everything that a modern circus should do. Heading the show is The Flying Dunbars, the world’s greatest troupe of high-flying trapeze artists. These thrilling performers come with the plaudits of five continents still ringing in their ears. They perform miraculous feats whilst flying in mid-air 40 feet up. This marvellous troupe will be supported by one of the strongest combinations of circus performers ever to tour New Zealand, including 40 of the world’s greatest artists, and a new team of continental clowns and dummies, who are presenting comedy that is original and of a high standard. In addition to their brilliant circus entertainment Perry's Bros also take great pleasure in presenting their mammoth zoo, which includes two of the unique animals of the world. The mandrill, the only one of its kind in Australasia, and the black leopard cub, the only known leopard to change its spots. This zoo will be open daily from 4 to 5 p.m. for the feeding of the wild animals. This as well as being entertainment is of educational value to the children. There will be special matinees on. Saturdays at 2.30 p.m. The huge marquees will be located next to Tatton’s Garage, opposite the Catholic Church. ___________
