The Italian Embassy announced that Signor Mussolini attended a conference with General Gambara, Commander of the volunteers in Spain, who reported concerning repatriation and the date on which this will occur. STAYING IN FRANCE FEW ITALIANS WILLING TO GO HOME. (Received This Day, Noon.) BELFORT (North-east France), April 12. The Italian Consular Agency is closing. Only twelve of 2,700 resident Italians answered the Repatriation Committee’s-appeal to return.
