The Fascist Grand Council is meeting tomorrow as a result of the Albanian offer of the Crown. The council will probably nominate a Royal Prince as Viceroy. NEW CABINET FORMED. ALL MEMBERS ALBANIANS. (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) TIRANA, April 12. A new Cabinet has been formed under the Premiership of Shefkat Verlack. All the Ministers are Albanians.
