PARTIES IN BELGIUM

NEW STEPS TO FORM GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph—Pr6ss Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, noon) BRUSSELS, April 12. Rumours that four classes of conscripts are being called up are officially described as premature. The Leaders of the Catholic, Socialist and Liberal parties met King Leopold, after which M. Pierlot was charged with the formation of a Cabinet.
