DR. LEV ABUSES BRITAIN RICH PARVENU WISHING TO BE POLICEMAN. FEAR OF GERMANY ALLEGED. (Received This Day. 10.55 a.m.) . BERLIN. April 12. Dr. Bey, leader of the German Labour Front, in the first of a series of monthly articles addressed to German workers, describes Britain as a rich parvenu, wishing without risk to act as the world's policeman. "Britain (he says) hates Germany because she fears us. She knows we have seen through her. If she wishes to go to war she will find a vastly different Germany from that of 1914."
