ALLEGED PERSECUTION PROVOCATION BY NAZIS IN POLAND. INTENSIFICATION OF MINORITIES QUESTION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, April 12.. The Warsaw correspondent of “The Times” states that the so-called PolishGerman minority tension is being given fresh prominence. It is alleged that Poles in Germany are being persecuted. The view that this is not merely due to the zeal of the local authorities is strengthened by the provocativeJjehaviour of Germans in Poland. The Polish Ambassador in Berlin, M Lipski, has gone to Warsaw to report on his conversation with Herr von Ribbentrop on April 6 and April 8. GERMAN DENIAL M. LIPSKI NOT BEARING DEMANDS. (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) BERLIN, April 12. It is denied that M. Lipski is bearing either German demands or proposals. NAZIS IN BULGARIA. PARTY DISSOLVED BY DECREE. SOFIA, April 12. A decree issued today dissolves the Bulgarian Nazi Party. It alleges that the Nazi Party planned to overthrow the Government. SUDDEN CHANGE ANTI-POLISH CAMPAIGN DROPPED. HITLER EAGER TO REACH AGREEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BERLIN, April 12. The anti-Polish campaign was completely dropped today. It is stated in official circles that Herr Hitler is eager to reach an agreement with Poland before his birthday celebrations, for which extensive preparations have begun. Some 45,000 men with tanks and artillery will participate in the biggest parade of troops Berlin has ever seen, giant pylons surmounted by flaming braziers lining the route. Herr Himler, chief of police, who simultaneously celebrates'the fifth anniversary of the foundation of the Gestapo (secret police), will be given a big “popularity build-up.”
