The assets offered consist of leases of quarry rights, railway sidings, and rights of way, together with buildings, plant, machinery, loose tools, vehicles and sundries on the Company’s quarries and mills at Pahiatua and Toko (Stratford). Tenders are invited for the whole of the above assets, or, alternatively, for: (a) The Pahiatua Mill and Quarry Rights; (b) The Toko (Stratford) Mill and Quarry Rights. Particulars of the leases and rights, inventories of plaijt, etc., and conditions of sale, may be inspected at the office of the undersigned, where forms of tender may be obtained and inspection arranged.
