JOCKEYS INJURED.

ACCIDENT AT AUCKLAND, (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND. April 10. When their mounts fell in the Matigere Steeplechase at Ellerslie on Saturday afternoon, two jockeys were injured. A fracture of the left log was received by J. L. Main, aged 29, matried of the Empire Hotel. Frankton, who' was riding British Sovereign, and W. J. McDowell, single, aged 23, ol Palm Avenue. Palmerston North, received a dislocated collarbone.
