EXCELLENT CONCERT
OPERA HOUSE LA&T NIGHT. The Masterton Opera House was comfortably filled last evening when the Men’s Division of the St John Ambulance (Corps presented an excellent concert. Mr E. Miller, who was in charge of the production, obtained a splendid array of local talent, and all the performers acquitted themselves well. Mr Leo Chung being particularly well received. The programme was as follows: — Cadet team; Thorne Twins: song and tap; F. Colban and Company: instrunental; Mrs Moss, song; Hastwell Maori Company; Noeline Graham, acrobatic dance; Mr Morris,, humorous sketch; Frank Colban, mouth organ solo; Hastwell Maoris; Miss Nocline Graham, toe dance; Leo Chung, solo; G. Tawhare, ukelele; Daniel Davey, song and dance; Hastwell Maoris; Misses D. and E. Rickards, kicking tap; Hastwell Maoris; Thorne Twins, song and tap; Mr W. Mann, song; Noeline Graham, military tap; Mr Morris, sketch; Mrs Moss, song; D. Davey, character song; Hastwell Maori Company, combined.
