GARAGE BURGLED
THIEVES FORCE STRONGROOM AND SAFE. SUM OF MONEY STOLEN (By Telegraph—Press Association.) LEVIN. This Day. Late last night or early this morning, Wright Stephenson's garage was broken into and cash approximating £l4O, representing holiday petrol takings was stolen. After obtaining crowbars and a drill from the workshop, the thieves forced the heavy iron door oi the strongroom open and then the door of a safe within. Cheques and postal notes were left untouched.
