APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM JUDGE. NOT YET CONSIDERED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 9. ■ “The question has not been considered yet and will not be considered til) we know how Mr Justice O’Regan is,” said the Minister of Labour, Mr Webb when asked tonight to comment on the possibility of. the appointment of an interim judge to the Court of Arbitration. "We all hope Mr Justice . O’Regan will have a speedy recovery,” Mr Webb added. He had suffered a severe attack of influenza and carried on with his work when he should have been resting.
