CHURCH SERVICES
» Special Easter Day services will be held in the Methodist Church tomorrow. The morning service will be of special interest as the young men from the Bible Class Camp at Jernside will parade at the service and their leaders will take part in the service. The preacher will be the Rev. Frederick J. Parker, and the'theme, “Experiencing the Risen Christ.” The evening service will also be conducted by Mr Parker, whose subject will be "The Easter Message in Action.” The Easter Day services at the Kuripuni Methodist Church will be conducted by Mr E. Steer in the morning and by Mr F. G. Rutter in the evening Methodist service will be helfi al Rangitumau at 2 p.m. the preacher being the Rev. Fred. J. Parker. Tomorrow all communicants of the Church of England will join in Holy Communion. Celebrations will be held at St. Matthew’s Church at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.; at Kuripuni a' 9 a.m., Upper Plain at 9.15 a.m., Taueru at 10.30 a.m., and Bideford at 2.30 p.m The Vicar will be the preacher both a<. 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Church, the Rev. T. V. Pearson at Kuripuni at 7 p.m.. and Mr V. W. Joblin at Upper Plain qt 6,30 p.m.
