SHARP DECLINE RECORDED. RETURNS FOR FEBRUARY. By Telegraph—Press Association —Convritht BERLIN, April 5. The Statistical Bureau shows a sharp decline in February trade. Exports are down £2,508,000, though this is reported to be seasonal and caused partly by the shortness of the month. It is revealed, however, that the decline in trade value was greater than that of last year. Imports exceeded exports by £5,041,020 —r.n incense c>f £2,591,000. Imports from Britain declined £340,000. and exports to Britain declined £908.000.
