APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICE BY FOREIGNERS. MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY April 4. The War Minister, Mr Hore-Belisha, was asked in the House of Commons today if he would consider an offer from a group of Czechoslovak reserve officers to place their services at the disposal of the British military authorities. He replied:— "I have to inform the House that applications of foreign nationals to serve in the British Army will in suitable cases, be considered, more particularly when the applicants speak English and have had some previous military training.” ’
