ROYuHOUSt CHAMPIONSHIP BUTTONS. MASTERTON PAIR WIN In a keen and interesting match played on the Carterton Club courts yesterday afternoon P. Hawksworth and H. M. O'Connor, of the Masterton Club, succeeding in challenging for the Roydhouse championship buttons, defeating the holders, L. D. Keedwell and J. Dwane (Carterton), 6/2, 5/6, 6/4. The winners were down 2/4. and loveforty in the third set. but then they struck a good patch and ran out comfortably. It was the last challenge match of the season.
