LOANS TO CZECHS
— BANK OF ENGLAND STATEMENT RETURN OF FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 3. The following statement has been issued from No. 10 Downing Street: “The Bank of England by authorisation of the Treasury, today published a notice asking for the return of certain financial obligations due from Czechoslovakia to British holders. “This request applies to such obligations as loans of the Czechoslovak Government and public authorities and corporations in Czechoslovakia, bank balances, etc., but not to trade debts, nor does it apply to obligations due from the Sudetenland. “Forms are obtainable from any bank on which the return may be made. These details are required for the information of the Treasury, which does not, of course, accept any responsibility for obtaining satisfaction in the question. ,
