DANISH ELECTIONS
NORTH SLESVIG NAZI LEADER . RETURNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day. 9.50 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, April 4. The elected Nazis include Dr Fritz Clausen, leader of the North Slesvig Nazis. NO GREAT CHANGE. NAZIS INCREASE NUMBER OF SEATS. COPENHAGEN, April 4. The result of the general elections has not greatly changed the position of the parties. The Nazis increased their number of seats from one to three, but the German party failed to secure an additional seat at Schleswig, though the poll consisted of 14,978 votes, compared with 12,618 in 1935. . The Danish party polled 82,523 votes. The Social Democrats won four seats and the Liberals two seats. The Communists won one and the Agrarians and the Retsforbundet party lost one each. Results are: Social Democrats, 64 seats; Radicals. 14 seats: Conservatives. 26 seats; Liberals, 30 seats; Agrarians, four seats; Retsforbundet Party, three seats; Communists, three scats; Nazis, three seats; German Party one seat.
